📋 Job Overview
As a Workfront Consultant with over 4 years of experience at Capgemini, you will assess, design, implement, and configure work management solutions using the Adobe Workfront platform to ensure customer success. The role emphasizes business process optimization, technical implementation, and hands-on collaboration with stakeholders in an agile environment. You will act as a subject matter expert, manage administrative functions, and provide training and support to drive adoption and efficiency.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements to solve specific processes or workstreams and evaluating their fit within Workfront
- Designing and building process prototypes in agile collaboration with business stakeholders
- Providing solutions for Workfront upgrades, configurations, and ongoing maintenance
- Acting as the Workfront subject matter expert and primary point of contact for users
- Managing administrative functions including user access, security roles, and licensing
- Understanding business needs and recommending, estimating, implementing, and testing best practice solutions
- Hosting training sessions and educating users on quarterly Workfront updates
- Building reports in Excel using pivot tables, charts, and data insights to support business decisions
- Leading technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales Architects, Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers
- Providing post-deployment support for integration-related issues
