Our platform serves as the real-time "System-of-Record" for the enterprise , managing the "Irreducible Core" services: Ingestor, Ledger, and Mapper. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the "engine room" of this platform.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will be responsible for the "here and now" of intent delivery by ensuring that our core platform capabilities operate flawlessly at runtime. You will move beyond simple ticket writing to become a technical leader who understands how data payloads, feature flags, and instrument logic interact to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Runtime Execution:Drive the end-to-end delivery of product intents through the IAX platform, managing the lifecycle from definition to runtime deployment. You will ensure the "Ledger logic" and "Ingress/Egress mappings" are executing correctly in production.

  • Technical Refinement:Lead deep-dive sessions with engineering to define observability requirements and "Standard Fields". You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in the technical details of schemas and API definitions.

  • Strategic Narrative:Create consultant-quality presentations that synthesize complex technical progress into clear, executive-level updates. You can build the deck, tell the story, and sell the vision.

  • Operational Excellence:Monitor live intents to ensure stability and troubleshoot runtime issues. You will help distinguish between platform incidents and instrument logic failures, ensuring our "System-of-Record" remains immutable and explainable.

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
