Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define intent, brief teams, and deliver marketing that cuts through the noise.
Be a creative leader amongst your team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters (including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies).
Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience.
Use research and data to ground your creative decisions.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of email and marketing trends, and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities - both for your team and department.
Mentor and build expertise in your craft, whether copywriting or art direction with your peers, and team members.
Your curiosity is endless. There’s always something else to learn.
You’re flexible and not afraid of change—in fact, you welcome the challenge.

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
3+ years of experience in copywriting or art direction
1+ year experience leading projects through junior creatives preferred
Channel expertise and skill within Email, UX, UI, Web and Print
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital design software (ex. Figma)
General knowledge of the Taxi email platform
Experience in one or more of the following industries: premium goods, luxury, premium travel
Experience at a large in-house creative team
Experience working with a Fortune 100 brand
Experience in the financial services industry
50,000 - 85,000 USD / yearly
