As a Principal Process Manager at Capital One, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customereachtime. The Principal Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. Our Network Authorization Health & Compliance Family is growing - bringing the Network into the Capital One ecosystem. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition, establish a strong operational foundation, and set the stage for future investment and growth. As a part of the team, you will:

• Serve as a key liaison between the Network Authorization during all process reviews, internal and external audits — ensuring the Network Authorization is properly represented, identifying roadblocks and supporting their resolution

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on recommendations for process definition, governance adoption, and issue management as it relates to compliance and regulatory demands

• Drive best in class process and governance definition and adoption across the department using tools such as Blue Works Live to visualize the functions that exist both within our authorization platforms and manual processes

• Lead department wide efforts to conduct self-testing of Controls on a regular cadence and ensure those controls continue to drive acceptable risk tolerance results

• The candidate will be expected to query data to derive insights to support regulatory compliance and audit related needs

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
