Conducting hands-on data analysis and providing end-to-end business understanding of the payments landscape

Handling compliance issues, enablement, and remediation

Refining operational procedures and SLAs to ensure full optimization
Identifying gaps and areas for improvement within the operations team
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications
At least 3 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Communications or Marketing
8+ years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications
SAFe (Scale Agile Framework) certification
Experience using SQL
Teradata or Splunk knowledge
45,000 - 80,000 USD / yearly
