Job Description

Overview

We are currently looking to hire a Principal Production Support Specialist for our Domestic & International Production Support team. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues related to applications, reporting, and connectivity. The Principal Specialist will also work closely with internal relationship managers to analyze transaction declines and determine solutions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Data mining and transaction research

  • Resolving referred transaction issues in collaboration with sales executives and relationship managers

  • Identifying and coordinating operational gaps within Infrastructure platforms, operations processes, and customer interactions

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client-facing teams 

  • Conducting analytics to find business impact and solutions for strategic customer-impacting incidents and requests

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 6 years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Communications or Marketing

  • 8+ years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications

  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification

  • Knowledge of transaction flow, classification, and resolution

  • Expertise in ISO 8583 specifications

  • Expertise in SQL or Snowflake
