Overview
We’re currently seeking a Product Design Director to lead our Travel Verticals team, part of the Experience Design organization. The Premium Design team sets the bar for Capital One’s high-spender customer experience ecosystem, revolving around highly useful, personalized, and high-stakes products. Since its launch in 2021, Capital One Travel has been on a trajectory of monumental growth and aims for a bold vision to grow into one of the largest OTAs We are currently seeking a design leader to join our team and lead the CX for our existing Travel funnels (Flights, Stays, etc), strategy for funnel expansion, and offerings such as Business Travel and Luxury travel experiences. This role will drive differentiated vision and lead teams to craft exceptional end-to-end experiences that allow Capital One to win at the top of the market. You will also work closely with craft leads, designers and cross functional teams to push creative boundaries while ensuring business impact and customer value.
