On the Commercial Card Design team, we believe managing a corporate card program should feel effortless. We're seeking a hands-on, craft-focused product designer to make that belief a reality by shaping a platform that serves everyone from everyday employees to senior finance leaders. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end design of new features and core workflows, transforming complex problems into elegant and intuitive solutions. You’ll ground your decisions in deep user insights, apply your passion for craft, and leverage our design system to ensure consistency and scale, all in close partnership with research, product, tech, and design peers. The Experience Design team at Capital One is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ digital and physical experiences. Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role

At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma

Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in a Product Design role

At least 4 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma

At least 4 years of experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners

At least 4 years of experience working with an established design system 

Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces
