The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work across digital, social, and physical channels to engage new and existing customers, while building and amplifying cafés within our network. Reporting to the Bank’s Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, this Senior Associate of Retail Marketing Engagement is a key member of the Bank’s Integrated Marketing team, will be part of a high-performing marketing team dedicated to amplify our brand, drive awareness and deepen customer engagement. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and navigating an ever-changing business landscape. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with cross-functional teams, feel comfortable with data and deliver results that will impact the future of our Bank.
