At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network.As a Product Manager for Botnet Protection, you will deliver game-changing solutions to secure Capital One’s business applications and data traversing the network infrastructure from BOT attacks, while ensuring business agility, user productivity and operational simplicity, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy.Capital One Product FrameworkIn this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
At least 6 years of experience working in Information Technology
At least 4 years of experience in Cybersecurity
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
2+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (WAF, Botnet Protection, DDoS Mitigation, IPS/IDS, NGFW, DNS Security)
One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)
Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises
