Product Management, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of building this business and bring these tools to market.Capital One Product FrameworkIn this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
6+ years of experience in Agile product management
Experience as a Product Manager building (0-1) and scaling (through product led growth) B2B cloud-native software products focused on data security, governance, or privacy areas.
Experience building software for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks
Experience with building AI & Data security, analytics, or automation products.
Experience building products focused on cybersecurity, risk, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), or data governance.
Strong knowledge and experience working with APIs and building integrations with Open source and partner products
Strong knowledge and experience with building large-scale distributed systems
2 + years of people management experience
Experience building a community of users and product evangelists/champions
