You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences that shape the direction and outcomes of the entire organization.We are looking for a strategic thought partner who can move beyond simple execution. You will be challenged to quickly diagnose complex problems, put structure around ambiguity, and lead alongside top talent. This role places you at the center of our Tech people strategy, enabling Tech HR to deliver with a focus on innovation, simplicity, transparency, and scalability.General Responsibilities:Strategic Project Leadership: Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to partners, peers, and direct reports.
Problem Solving & Diagnosis: Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.
Adaptive Planning: Designing, developing, and managing project plans in complex, dynamic environments, adapting requirements to meet evolving needs.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partnering cross-functionally with project customers and senior leaders across Tech to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
Tech & HR Dynamics: Leveraging a deep understanding of the unique dynamics within a Technology organization combined with a people-centered HR mindset to ensure strategies are relevant and impactful to the groups we support.
Change Management: Leading and developing change management plans in support of projects, ensuring that strategic initiatives are not only delivered but clearly communicated and embraced.
Risk & Delivery: Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time, while maintaining excellent communication and teamwork skills essential for influencing outcomes at all levels.
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 5 Years of Project Management experience
Masters or MBA degree
At least 10+ years of Project Management experience
At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Working knowledge of product prioritization and delivery tools including Jira, Jira Align, Confluence
Change management and design thinking experience
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem solving and influencing skills
