As a Category Business Planning Manager in Voronezh, Russia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of PepsiCo's product categories. • Manage client budgets (D&A) and discretionary spending, cascading priorities to sales and ensuring accurate financial reflections.
• Conduct plan-vs-actual analysis to evaluate sales plans, promotions, and KPIs like market share and profitability, initiating growth opportunities.
• Develop product allocation matrices and quotas across clients/channels, proactively managing changes to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
• Evaluate and optimize promo activities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and maximizing budget efficiency.
• Perform weekly sales monitoring (Weekly Outlook), forecasting risks/opportunities, and leading pricing strategy discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements
