  • Collaborate closely with business partners to craft comprehensive supplier and category strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional supplier qualification and management processes to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Build and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for ongoing supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to establish strategic supplier partnerships that optimize costs, resources, and supply chain resilience.
  • Develop and maintain robust category and subcategory structures for better spend visibility and control.
  • Negotiate and implement favorable contract terms and conditions to protect Williams' interests.
