Deliver proactive insights by synthesizing data from diverse sources, monitor progress against business objectives, and forge partnerships with PepsiCo's cross-functional and DX teams.

To excel as Category Reporting & Insights Manager, candidates need a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least 4+ years of experience in account management, business analysis, or field sales within the CPG environment—direct store delivery experience is a plus. Prior category management, shelf management, or business analysis in consumer goods is highly valued. Key traits include solid leadership and interpersonal skills, self-starter mentality for independent project work, exceptional organizational and project management abilities, multitasking prowess, knowledge of consumer brand marketing, and strong analytical skills for synthesizing insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel is essential, alongside technical expertise in Nielsen, Tableau, and Microsoft PowerBI as strong assets.
