Responsible for creating content for internal communications aimed at employees, as well as participating in the execution of communication programs within the organization, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal areas and provide guidance on the most appropriate approaches for communication initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications.
• Plan and develop content for various communication channels, ensuring alignment with corporate identity and branding.
• Design and distribute communication materials (texts, presentations, scripts, etc.) to convey key messages clearly and engagingly.

Skills

Decision-Making and Critical Thinking
Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions:

• Explains the steps of an effective decision-making process.
• Identifies problems and communicates decision-making needs.
• Recognizes the limits of their authority in decision-making.

Planning and Organization
Skill in structuring tasks and resources efficiently:

• Adjusts priorities in response to changes or new information.
• Estimates time and resources to meet objectives.
• Applies concepts such as “critical path” to ensure timely delivery.

Copywriting and Editing
Mastery of techniques for writing and editing texts for communication and marketing:

• Adapts style and format according to the audience.
• Writes and edits editorial and promotional materials.
• Applies standards such as the Chicago Manual of Style or AP Stylebook.

Multimedia Technologies
Practical knowledge of design and multimedia production tools:

• Handles audio, video, and animation software.
• Participates in all phases of the multimedia production cycle.
• Integrates visual and sound components into projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to communications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and design tools (Adobe Suite).
• Knowledge in social responsibility and event organization.
• Intermediate to advanced English .
• Position to cover for 6 months.
