<仕事内容> エンジニアとして、Creoを使用した溶接製品の設計および製造容易化設計（DFM）を担当します。 製品の品質向上と製造効率の最適化に取り組む重要な役割です。新しい技術の導入や設計プロセスの継続的な改善を通じて、顧客の要求を満たす高品質な設計ソリューションを提供します。

<役割と責任>
・Creoを使用した3Dモデルおよび図面の作成、設計変更や更新の管理
・製造工程を考慮した設計（DFM）の最適化
・製造チームと連携し、設計の実現可能性を検証し、改善提案を行う
・技術的課題のトラブルシューティングおよび継続的改善活動への貢献
・若手エンジニアの教育・育成

<応募資格>
・工学、機械設計、材料科学、または関連分野の学士以上
・直近3年間継続的に設計業務においてCreoを使用した経験
・溶接構造物の設計経験
・製造工程を考慮した設計に関する実践的な知識と経験
・技術的課題に対する強力な分析力と問題解決能力

歓迎条件
・技術的な文書の作成能力および効果的なコミュニケーションスキル
・チームマネジメントまたはプロジェクトリーダーとしての実績
