We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Maintenance Leader to manage infrastructure operations at our manufacturing facility, including machinery, building and utilities, and security. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant operations through strategic maintenance and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Will Do:

• Lead facility maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, and logistics systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards and safety regulations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing maintenance team (including engineers and technicians), delivering technical training and fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and external suppliers to align facility performance with production goals and sustainability targets.
• Evaluate and improve equipment performance, identify operational risks, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Manage facility security, assess security risks, evaluate and improve processes aligned with corporate compliance and regulations.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing projects, including planning, execution and monitoring
• Solid experience with preventive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifecycle in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of English with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and business discussions across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: planning, tracking, and reporting facility budgets, including capital expenditures (CAPEX) and variance analysis.
• Problem Solving & Risk Analysis: Skilled in diagnostic tools and stakeholder-based resolution strategies for complex operational challenges.
• Manufacturing Systems & Equipment: Experience with application systems and machinery used in industrial environments, including setup, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Compliance & Standards Implementation: Strong knowledge of manufacturing procedures, regulatory requirements, and facility audit protocols.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: Capable of managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services and components.
