Role Definition
The Manufacturing Engineer & Service Cabs Implementation Coordinator ensures the successful introduction of new products and the effective deployment of service cabs by developing and validating manufacturing processes, tooling, and documentation before production launch. This role bridges design, manufacturing, and service cab implementation, guaranteeing that new products and service cab solutions meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while complying with safety and regulatory.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in CPPD and design reviews to influence product and service cab design for manufacturability.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for components and assemblies across welding, painting, assembly, and service cab integration processes.
  • Guarantee adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements for all manufacturing and service cab projects.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and packaging teams to ensure smooth transitions for both product launches and service cab rollouts.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the planning, scheduling, and execution of service cab implementations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of service cab projects, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Degree Requirement
Bachelor’s or Engineering degree related to the field is required.
Intermediate English level desirable.

• Explains the overall workflow of problem management from start to finish.
• Gives examples of well-written and poorly written problem reports.
• Identifies common types of problems typically addressed in a manufacturing environment.
• Finds information on essential practices, policies, and procedures related to problem management.

Additional Information:

  • This job is located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

  • This position requires travelling up to 10% (domestic and international).

  • The work schedule is set for Monday to Friday (6:30am-5pm)

  • Relocation is not available for this position.
