Key Job Duties

1. Lead and execute equipment modification projects to improve production efficiency and support smart factory initiatives.

2. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to upgrade welding robots and other automated systems.

3. Analyze existing processes and propose technical solutions for equipment optimization and cost reduction.

4. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements during modification activities.

5. Implement lean improvement projects in the plant by integrating BIQ and key aspects of production operations.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

2. At least 3–5 years of experience project management in lean promotion and equipment upgrading.

3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.

4. Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving skills.

5. Familiarity with PLC programming principles and robotic systems is preferred.

6. Good communication skills and proficiency in English is preferred.

7. Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL or other data processing tools is a plus.

Additional information

The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
