Role definition:

Our team represents customer driven demand and orders. We enter demand into the system for Customer order. In this process we schedule the production plan, production orders, according to customer needs, and process request for shipments to those Customers. Our department is highly driven on the needs of the customer, which drives all other process partners for what is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Daily report running.

• Production Order planning.

• Invoice Creations (For support of quality)

• Miscellaneous Shipping Request.

• Return Order Processing.

Required Education:

• University degree

• Advanced/Conversational English

Data Gathering & Analysis

• Adheres to established data collection and analysis procedures and policies.

• Identifies and reports issues encountered during data collection.

• Assists in gathering and analyzing organizational data based on defined requirements.

• Records data from diverse sources and formats accurately.

• Communicates the tactical plan for their area of responsibility.

• Explains the principles of short-term and long-term planning.

• Outlines the planning process and cycle used within their department.

• Highlights the differences between tactical and strategic planning.

Additional Information:

• This position will be located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday.

• Relocation is not offered.
