Role Overview

The Chemical Engineer position at PepsiCo's Moscow Sherrizon Plant is a full-time role focused on quality assurance and control within our production processes. Located in the Solnechnogorsky District, Special Economic Zone Sherrizon, Chashnikovo village, this position involves hands-on laboratory work to ensure raw materials and finished products meet stringent specifications. With a unique shift schedule of 2 days on, 2 nights on, and 2 days off, this role offers a balance of intensive work periods and recovery time. Reporting to the quality assurance team, you'll contribute directly to the efficiency and reliability of our beverage production lines.

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you'll be at the forefront of quality control. Your daily tasks include:

• Controlling the quality of incoming raw materials to ensure full compliance with technical specifications.
• Performing calibration of measuring instruments according to the company's Quality Assurance Manual, adhering to specified procedures and frequencies.
• Preparing working solutions of required concentrations while strictly following storage conditions and expiration dates for chemical reagents.
• Monitoring sugar and blending syrups for adherence to product specifications.
• Conducting quality checks on finished products during the filling process, following the frequency and methods outlined in the Quality Assurance Manual.
• Comparing test results against specifications for each sample taken.
• Timely entering measurement results into designated forms and quality logs.

These responsibilities demand precision, adherence to protocols, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

• A higher education degree, preferably in Chemistry or Food Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a laboratory or production quality control environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to learn and adapt to PepsiCo's processes.
