As a Chemist in Cardinal Health's Nuclear Manufacturing team, you'll play a critical role in producing radiopharmaceuticals. This full-time position (40 hours/week) features a Monday-Friday schedule with start times between 7:00p and 4:00a, requiring flexibility for overnight shifts, varying hours, and up to 15% regional travel. Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $26.90 to $38.30, influenced by experience, location, and internal equity.

Monitor and verify product quality per SOPs, performing QC testing on samples using HPLC and GC. Analyze chromatography data, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to meet production demands. Adhere to a high volume of SOPs while adapting to process improvements, managing inventory, and executing detailed instructions accurately.
Perform general maintenance, cleaning of lab-scale equipment, and operate analytical instrumentation proficiently. Work in special gowning environments, demonstrating manual dexterity for aseptic operations.
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field strongly preferred. Prior experience with HPLC and GC (including maintenance and peak analysis) is essential. Radiation safety knowledge and regulated industry experience desired.
Frequent 80-lb lifting, color differentiation in solutions, clear English communication, and manual dexterity required. Must handle overnight shifts, multitasking, problem-solving, and technology for manufacturing processes. Flexibility for off-shift hours and 15% travel.
Team player with disciplined SOP adherence, data integrity focus, and effective interpersonal skills. Commitment to compliance and cooperative working relationships.
