Key Responsibilities

• The candidate will partner with the GM of IT Operations to support the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective services for Chevron's global Digital Platform operations and will report to the ENGINE Director IT.
• Will be accountable and responsible to ensure the team deliver on the objective for Change & Release Management, SLA/SLO management, MSP management, CMDB accuracy & Consistency, Business Continuity readiness & Disaster Recovery and BCM & Communications for all solutions/applications used by the Surface, Sub-Surface, HSE and Wells digital Platforms by working closely with the Digital Platform Change Organization in a One-Team behaviour.
• The Leader is accountable for delivery of operations services like Incident Management using SNOW, full stack Application end-to-end observability, Database Management operations support SQL/Oracle databases & data warehouse solutions and Service Desk & Knowledge Management across the enterprise
• Lead a large organization to drive strategic direction and develop IT operations roadmap and service quality management
• Build team alignment and consensus, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of the global priorities. Enable others to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-discipline, multi-function, multi-cultural, and matrix environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery partners, including peers at other locations, to execute the prioritized and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate very closely with the ENGINE Digital Platform Leader and ENGINE IT Infrastructure leader to ensure that there is alignment and high reliability of the applications used by the business functions across the enterprise.
