Job Description
执行日常操作
•原材料的装卸;
•散装原料加热;
•引导车辆、称重等;
•及时填写并交付入库单;
•拆箱、取样、打标、上架;
•储罐区域阀门和泵的操作
•取样:油罐车及罐区等取样;
•叉车操作;
•盘库;
•打尺;
•灌装：槽罐车装载、油桶灌装;
•按日常职责要求进行日常检查和巡检;
•新员工的培训与考核，现有员工的岗位轮换;
•协助运营领导解决日常生产问题;
•日常生产故障排除及事故报告处理;
OE
•报告和调查发生在责任区域的NLI&LI
•参与相关JSA的定制与回顾
•严格遵循OEMS
•遵循5S以及远离安全与环境风险

- Perform daily operations including loading and unloading raw materials
- Heat bulk raw materials
- Guide vehicles and perform weighing
- Complete and deliver entry forms
- Unpack, sample, label, and shelve products
- Operate valves and pumps in storage tank areas
- Sample from tank trucks and storage areas
- Operate forklifts
- Conduct inventory checks
- Perform filling operations
