Job Description

Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in specialized domains (Vendor tools, Data & AI, Automation, Analytics) while leveraging advanced Business Analysis skills to bridge technology and business needs.

Role Purpose:
Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in specialized domains (Cloud, Data & AI, Automation, Analytics) while leveraging advanced Business Analysis skills to bridge technology and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned technology area.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Perform detailed business analysis: gather requirements, create process flows, and develop mockups to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Drive adoption of best practices, frameworks, and automation tools.

  • Support troubleshooting and performance optimization for critical platforms.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to competency development.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Data Engineering.

  • Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, DevOps, and Automation frameworks.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML services, APIs, and integration patterns.

  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and CI/CD pipelines.

Business Analyst Competencies:

  • Exceptional skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process modeling.

  • Ability to manage changing requirements and deliver clear documentation.

  • Experience creating mockups, user stories, and functional specifications.

Experience & Competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology roles with proven delivery in complex environments.

  • Ability to work autonomously and lead technical and business analysis initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
