Position Overview

This position plays a key role in creating new business opportunities through both partner collaboration and engagement, driving customer success.

It particularly focuses on working with multinational corporations (Global Accounts).

By leveraging Cisco’s extensive portfolio of products and solutions, the Account Executive builds and maintains strong, trusted relationships with global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies
  • Lead account planning and reviews to maximize outcomes through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and system integrators
  • Drive business expansion through targeted customer engagement and effective opportunity management
  • Plan and implement partner enablement programs, including customer meetings, joint visits, and solution demonstrations
  • Desired Profile, Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or account management with multinational corporations (Global Accounts) or equivalent mid - enterprise customers
  • Over 3 years of IT solutions sales experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in account planning and demand generation initiatives
  • Strong ability to communicate and engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous learning
  • Ability to view business holistically, considering the perspective of the broader team and multiple stakeholders
  • Requires mid to business-level English proficiency
