About This Role

Account Manager Sales role in Cisco's Commercial West team based in Mumbai, India, focusing on managing Commercial Select Accounts in the West region. Responsibilities include leading account revenue streams, building executive relationships, developing multi-year business plans, and driving transformational opportunities through value-based selling. Requires 12-17 years of technology sales experience in large West India accounts with strong market knowledge and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

  • Global and Theatre / Region Leadership of the account
  • Manage all revenue streams from the Account by collaborating with cross functional account teams and extended virtual teams across geographies
  • Build strong relationships with the client at all management levels
  • Develop a long term 1-3-year Account/Business Plan in collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Drive the execution of a 12 month Account/Business plan to meet set achievements and goals
  • Identify and close global and local transformational opportunities
  • Develop & articulate sales strategies for all major opportunities and achieve order intake targets
  • Business reporting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, pipeline development)
  • Ensure desired position and market share through consistent messages
  • Work with the customer to develop an innovation strategy
  • Focus on value based selling and creating business relevance for technology solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 12-17 years of technology sales experience, handling Large accounts in West Region
  • Consistent track record of leading mid-market or commercial business, preferably with experience in both direct and channel-led sales models
  • Deep understanding of the West India market landscape, customer behaviour, and partner ecosystem
  • Strong executive presence, eye for business, and ability to lead through influence and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology or related field
