Our Wireless Access Point Software team develops cutting-edge Wi-Fi solutions, including the latest Wi-Fi 7 access points. We work across the full software stack—from boot loaders and web servers on prototype hardware to kernel, driver integration, wireless security, BLE radio, and advanced wireless features. We also automate and ensure the quality of these platforms.

Your Impact:

As a highly motivated and skilled software developer, you will drive innovation both individually and by working seamlessly with those around you. Collaborating with talented colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and qualify advanced solutions, seeing them through to customer delivery and ongoing support. You’ll play a key role in powering up and bringing to life some of the world’s most sophisticated networking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, test, and deliver innovative software and features for next-generation Wi-Fi Access Points.
• Develop new software, resolve issues, adapt solutions for new hardware, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with system test and validation engineers to ensure seamless integration and comprehensive testing.
• Harness AI technologies to drive the delivery of high-quality software.

Minimum Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP network layer protocols.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, ownership mindset, and ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in wireless technologies, especially 802.11 and Wi-Fi standards.
• Expertise in developing and debugging Linux kernel and user-space code.
• Experience  in Linux network device drivers, data-path performance, and kernel networking stack
• Proven experience working with low-level components, including OS kernels, firmware, and device drivers.
• Proficient in automation using Python.
• Experience with wireless switching chipsets (e.g., Broadcom, Marvell, Qualcomm).
• Experience in AI technologies.
• Experience in interacting with customers to resolve technical issues.
