Our Customer Experience Delivery team is composed of trusted advisors dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with customers. We work closely with national and international clients to understand their technical business requirements and provide thought leadership in solving technology challenges. Our team members are skilled in proposing innovative technology designs that meet current and future needs, delivering IT consultancy services, and creating project documentation aligned with Cisco standards.

Your Impact 

As a member of the Customer Experience Delivery team, your daily contributions directly influence the success and satisfaction of a diverse range of national and international customers. Your impact includes:

  • Building and nurturing strong, trusted relationships with customers worldwide.

  • Guiding customers through complex technology evolutions and digital transformation journeys.

  • Preparing customers’ business and technology infrastructures to embrace emerging trends.

  • Designing and reviewing advanced data center, cloud, network, and security solutions that exceed business requirements.

  • Installing, configuring, and integrating Cisco and third-party solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Vigilantly monitoring and addressing increasing security demands and the evolving threat landscape.

  • Managing and optimizing existing network or cloud infrastructures with a focus on redundancy and risk mitigation.

  • Solving multifaceted technology and software challenges to reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Engaging in travel and face-to-face consulting to provide personalized customer support.

  • Developing specialized expertise in specific technologies, customer segments, or markets through broad foundational training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are a recent graduate or on your final year of studies towards a degree or related program or other academic certification; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree

  • You are able to live and work in Germany with no additional VISA sponsorship from Cisco

  • You are fluent in English and German
