Meet the Team
We are the EMEA Sales Operations team. We are part of EMEA Go-to-Market Strategy, Planning & Operations organization, within the Office of the COO. Our mandate is to drive end-to-end execution of Cisco Sales Go-to-market model in EMEA and to assure business continuity by regular collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, S&P, People & Community, and Global Teams.
We are a Team of specialists in various fields, covering:
Sales Readiness, Operational Excellence/Execution, Transformation / Change Project Management, Strategy Compliance, Digital Capabilities.

Your Impact
* Collaborate across functional, hierarchical and geographic boundaries that is critical to succeed in this role. Therefore, you are first and foremost an approachable and engaging team player, with the ability to quickly develop and foster x-functional relationships.
* Solve problems, be passionate about finding innovative solutions and driving best practices that will lead to successful business outcomes
* Have an eye for the detail as well as for the big picture
* Understand the end-to-end processes required to deliver and complete complex changes
* Navigate conflicts and ambiguity, while staying focused on the end goal.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, esp Excel
* Min 2-year experience working with multi-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably in Sales Operations
* Self-starter able to deliver against tight deadlines
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Client-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications:
* Background/understanding of working with New Year Readiness processes, Seller Goaling, Sales Compensation, Sales & Planning Tools (e.g. SFDC, Anaplan, S-Class)
* Change management and program communication experience
* Experience driving implementation and adoption of new processes/tools, particularly within Sales
* Ability to proactively identify execution risk areas and create mitigation/contingency strategies based on past experience
* Comfortable interpreting data to translate and present as business insights

140,000 - 192,500 USD / yearly
