As part of the Digital Workplace team, we are responsible for providing an extraordinary personal computing experience. Our goal is to ensure an amazing user experience providing employees with the right tools, at the right time to be their best. We focus on the details, so employees can focus on their work. We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team.

Your Impact 

We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated Business Analyst who has a real passion for asset management, user experience and technology. You will partner with multiple collaborators including Engineering, Employees, Procurement and Support. You will bring your experiences and insights to create significant improvements across the service.

 Minimum Qualifications

• Up to 4  years of relevant work experience  in business analysis, systems analysis, or asset-management-related roles

• Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) 

• Skilled in coordinating warehouse operations and managing logistics for hybrid teams, ensuring quality service delivery (SLAs) and smooth device delivery/return

• Experience in personnel management, implementing new processes, handling device shipping escalations, leading cross-functional teams, and negotiating/monitoring service levels

• Ability to negotiate and monitor service levels / SLAs with vendors or internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (configuration or administration)

• Experience specifically with laptop/device lifecycle management or similar endpoint asset programs

• Demonstrated reporting and data storytelling abilities (experience creating dashboards, visualizations, or business reports)

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders and global teams
