Join our dedicated team in Bangalore as a Quality and Compliance Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our Quote to Cash (QTC) processes. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams, giving to continuous improvement and operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

As a Quality and Compliance Auditor, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency. You will harness your strong logical and analytical thinking skills to assess and enhance our processes, ensuring consistency to company standards and client requirements. In this role, you will:
* Conduct quality audits and assessments within the end-to-end Quote to Cash process to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
* Analyze process workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
* Monitor and report on quality metrics and audit findings to management.
* Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure consistency to regulatory and contractual obligations related to quality standards.
* Support training and development programs to enhance quality awareness across teams.
* Maintain documentation and audit records in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
* Understand complex business processes, map them for further analysis, and interpret business data by understanding patterns and trends to provide solutions to business problems.
* Drive Quality initiatives across various teams, including ensuring knowledge on Sox Compliance Workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

* Minimum 4+ years of experience in Quality Compliance auditing within the Quote to Cash domain.
* Demonstrable experience working in the BPO/IT industry.
* Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking capabilities.
* Familiarity with quality management systems, audit methodologies, and Quality Tools.
* Superb communication and social skills.
* Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
* Experience with process improvement frameworks and tools.
* Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a business process analyst in IT/customer service/BPM fields or any other related industry.
* Proficient in Excel, SQL, MS Office, and ThoughtSpot.
* Understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM, and BI tools operate.
* Knowledge on Quote to Cash processes.
* Knowledge of industry standards and protocols in quality management.
