Your Impact


As a Customer and Product Success Manager, you’ll be a catalyst for change and innovation by owning advisory relationships for customer decision-makers and executives.You will design and operationalize white glove engagements to align the right customers with highly targeted engagements, creating a cohesive and impactful customer journey within Cisco Security marketing programs. Your work will ensure continuing and personalized touch points that drive new business opportunities and nurture customer champions from high-propensity accounts.

  • Take full ownership of Customer follow-through and touchpoints for high-value accounts that engage in ABM programs, making them effortless and valuable, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first engagement to champion.
  • Drive Customer Progression: Ensure that customers are advancing on their journey with Cisco Security solutions, facilitating stronger relationships with product and sales teams, resulting in higher adoption of Cisco’s offerings.
  • Work with product and product marketing teams to deliver relevant and impactful content that resonates with the audience, addressing key networking and security challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify and recruit the right audience, including customers executives and decision-makers, to foster productive discussions and move the needle for business outcomes for Cisco.
  • Continuously gather insights from engagements to inform marketing and sales strategies and follow-up that leads to new sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • +6 years of B2B growth or product marketing experience in cybersecurity, networking or related field, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes customer engagements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations to senior executives and facilitate productive dialogue across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across product, marketing, sales, and customer teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve common goals and drive successful engagements.
  • Strong Project Execution Skills: Dedicated attention to detail, and a risk-mitigation mentality to get projects from concept to fully executed across many stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills: Ability to use data to drive decision-making and articulate why decision-making processes
