Meet the Team 

The Product Operations – Business Intelligence (BI) team sits at the heart of the Supply Chain organization, where data meets real-world decision-making. We tackle some of the most complex operational challenges by combining advanced analytics, BI solutions, and cutting-edge AI/GenAI capabilities. Our mission is to transform data into action—driving deeper insights, increasing operational efficiency, and enabling smarter, faster decisions across the entire supply chain. We don’t just report on the business; we help shape its future.

Your Impact 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data problems, designing AI solutions, and contributing to large-scale transformation programs.

As a Data Scientist, you will:
* Partner with business units and supply chain stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
* Design, develop, and implement intuitive models and AI solutions
* Take the lead on supply chain transformation analytics—owning everything from doing POCs to production solution deployment.
* Collaborate with architects, business partners (GPOs, BU verticals), and IT to define use cases and design data-driven capabilities that deliver tangible business outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning roles, ideally within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing domains.

• Hands-on experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs),Transformer architectures and fine-tuning model to Domain specific needs.

• Generative AI models using frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, Lang Smith, Lang graph or OpenAI APIs, Llama index

• Experience in building AI Agents and other advanced concepts such as Agent2Agent (A2A) Model context protocol (MCP) for sophisticated Gen AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software engineering skills, real-time analytics, ML model APIs, Rest API development or serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Prior work in supply chain analytics or operational data science.
• Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer, ML Engineer) are a plus.
