Your Impact 

  • Design, build and lead end-user features that will be used by millions of people.

  • Break-down product requirements into clear technical tasks and implement elegant components within an existing framework.
  • Listen to the customer and elevate their experience.  CSAT, NPS, feedback and metrics are their voice – act as detective to troubleshoot and understand.  Act as engineer to improve.
  • Play to win – your team of engineers, product manager and designers, work together to deliver a quality of experience that delights our customers.  Share your opinions, iterate and move fast.
  • Optimise – spend more time on the challenging tasks by using AI extensively, and appropriately.
  • Bring your fun and personality to the team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3rd Level Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering).
  • Work experience: Demonstrated experience in software development.  A passion for technology and software development.
  • Coding Aptitude: Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Problem Solver: Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems
  • Adaptable & Collaborative: Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely.
  • Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail, defining test strategies and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • End-to-end development across the stacks, in some or all these areas:
    • Modern C++, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python.
    • Modern component-based UI frameworks – Qt, Cocoa, React, Angular or similar.
    • Back-end: Java (Spring), building and evolving RESTful APIs, WebSocket and API design.
  • Unit, integration and end-to-end testing on both sides of the stack, contract testing and test automation in CI.
  • Practical use of AI tools to assist all aspects or product development, including scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and debugging, with strong validation and ownership of shipped code.
  • Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery
  • Optimising apps on Windows, Mac, Linux and Web platforms and eco-systems.
