About This Role

The Project Manager role supports Cisco's India CSR program by managing grants, projects, and partnerships across internal teams and external development sector partners. Responsibilities include strategy development, impact evaluation, volunteer engagement, and liaison with government authorities. This position requires expertise in CSR domains like health and education, with a focus on driving measurable program impact.

What You'll Do

  • Manage grants and projects for the India CSR program including research, portfolio strategy, pipeline development, proposal evaluation, relationship management, impact evaluation and reporting
  • Build and fine-tune program-level metrics using data and insights
  • Engage employee volunteers through grants and projects
  • Liaison with local, state, and central authorities for CSR grants and projects
  • Organize physical and virtual CSR events such as trainings, media events, and partner sync-ups
  • Articulate internal and external communications through newsletters, case studies, and blogs
  • Support current and new India CSR and Cisco Corporate Affairs initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 8-10 years of working experience
  • Leader, self-starter, multi-tasker, influencer, and excellent communicator with experience managing complex, highly matrixed projects
  • Experience working with both non-profit and corporate sectors, navigating technical, programmatic, operational, and legal/regulatory requirements
  • Subject matter expertise in health, education, skilling and livelihoods, or entrepreneurship
  • Experience managing impact evaluation, program monitoring, and reporting
