About This Role

The Regional Sales Manager role at Splunk (a Cisco company) in Delhi drives revenue growth by managing enterprise accounts, building customer relationships, and partnering with internal teams and partners. What You'll Do

  • Consistently deliver aggressive license, support, and service revenue targets for Enterprise accounts
  • Lead partnership with internal Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner resources to drive unified customer engagement
  • Build and foster client relationships through personalized contact and understanding client needs
  • Partner with Marketing team to align on events for prospecting new business opportunities
  • Learn and become knowledgeable of Splunk products to advise customers and enable value conversations
  • Apply specific use cases to address customer challenges and position Splunk solutions
  • Forecast opportunities using company sales methodology and processes
  • Build strategic customer pipelines and navigate purchasing processes

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions
  • Track record of closing six and seven figure software licensing deals with C-suite
  • Relevant experience in IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Splunk software products and their functionalities
  • MBA or Bachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Consistent track record of success in consultative sales and running full sales cycles
