Meet the Team 

Webex Data Analytics Platform (WAP) engineering organization is responsible for developing the big data platform at Webex. The platform forms the base on which other teams, including the WAP team, develop their analytics and data pipelines.

We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineer to join a high-impact engineering team with a focus on building intuitive, performant, and scalable user interfaces that bring data analytics and visualization capabilities to life for our users.

Your Impact 

• Build high-performant, highly responsive, and accessible user interfaces – end to end.
• Contribute to a future-ready, high-quality, and maintainable frontend codebase.
• Share technical solutions and product ideas with the broader team through design review, code review, proof-of-concepts, and show-and-tell sessions.
• Participate and contribute ideas to our technology, user experience patterns, and products.
• Work closely with development, design, testing, and various cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into polished user experiences and interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications

• We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with 4 to 12 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise grade web applications.
• Strong experience in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Adept in using AI tools like Copilot/Cursor/Codex/Windsurf in design/development and testing.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, component-based design, and modern web architecture patterns.
• Experience in building large-scale, performant web applications with a good understanding of state management, asynchronous data handling, and frontend architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using modern frameworks and libraries like React, Redux, Next.js, or similar.
• Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack) and containerization (Docker).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and responsive/adaptive web design patterns.
• Expertise in data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js for building dashboards.
• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, accessibility standards (WCAG), and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
