Your Impact

In this role, you will build scalable applications, integrating diverse datasets, derive actionable insights. Your role involves sourcing, transforming raw data, designing efficient models, building scalable application engines, AI Agents and optimizing performance. Ensuring data quality, customer experience and integrity, you'll collaborate with teams to meet analytical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners and other team members to align solution designs with the project objective and architectural principles.
• Review internal and external business and product requirements and develop the product .
• Create documents, diagrams, and presentations to communicate solution designs and strategies to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Create and establish design standards and assurance processes for software, systems and applications development.
• End-to-end implementation and delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality and performance.
• Leverage data to enhance customer and partner experiences, generate omnichannel demand, enrich contact data, and enable AI-driven insights and automation.
• Leveraging AI copilots to automate data validation and enrichment tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 5-10 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, backend development, and applied AI roles.
• Proficient in Python and R, with expertise in ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face.
• Experienced in operationalizing deep learning and LLM models in production environments.
• Developed generative AI applications and worked with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith).
• Skilled in designing scalable microservices architectures for real-time ML applications.
• Experience using AI copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Snowflake Copilot).
• Experience with Apache Spark (Java) for large-scale data processing and transformation.
• Proficient in Python and R for backend and ML development.
• Knowledgeable in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres, DynamoDB, and Snowflake.
• Proficient in building and integrating APIs (REST, FAST, GraphQL).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes (including CRDs), Docker, and any cloud partner like AWS.
• Strong background in CI/CD, observability, and scalable deployment strategies for ML solutions.
• Familiar with DevOps tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Helm Charts.
• Builds and maintains reliable, scalable, high-performance backend services for enterprise users.
• Collaborates effectively with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.

• Proven experience in developing AI and machine learning solutions with an AI-first approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting findings to executive audiences and turning data into actionable insights.
• Experienced in Agile development environments.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with multiple large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral.
• Familiar with modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Experience integrating with Model Context Protocols and related tools.
