Meet the Team     

The Support & QA team is a technical shared services team within the CRM Engineering Transformation Office, a team that supports our GTM processes for Cisco. The team provides quality assurance testing, execution, regression/progress and automation for Salesforce (SFDC) platforms and boundary systems. Also provide Level 2 SFDC support for our users by ensuring bug/issues are address timely, correctly documented and resolved. Report/analyse technical issues, RCA analysis and helpdesk tickets.  We are a trusted partner with the business and Cisco IT provides effective service for all. You will join a team that effectively & quickly resolves user issues resulting in delightful user experience.  We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.   

Your Impact    

As the Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be part of the core team that is responsible for designing, building and maintaining the Salesforce platform and related technologies. This role will focus horizontally across our Salesforce groups with the goal of impacting our platform and evolving the way we work. You’ll work on implementing test plans, test cases and writing automation of all salesforce implementations along with usage of  AI.  Accountability and taking ownership of products, projects and flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges is a must.  You will need to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure while posing excellent communication and people skills.  

Minimum Qualifications:  

  •     Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.  
  •      Implement test plans, automation, and validation strategies.  
  •     Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.  
  •     Work closely with software developers and business analysts to resolve issues.  
  •     Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption. 

Preferred Qualifications   

  • Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.  

  • QA professional in the Salesforce.com platform and experience with automation testing UiPath, Provar.  

  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.  

  • Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.  

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
