Your Impact:

 As a Solutions Engineer (Grade 10) based in Morocco, you will be a critical technical advisor, providing primarily pre-sales support for the development and implementation of complex products and solutions. You will leverage your in-depth product knowledge to deliver compelling technical expertise to sales staff and customers through engaging presentations and product demonstrations. You will assist sales teams in assessing the potential application of Cisco products to meet specific customer needs, preparing detailed product specifications, and creating comprehensive design and implementation specifications for intricate solutions. Your role will involve building mini-applications or rapid prototypes to demonstrate feasibility, providing expert consultation to prospective users, and validating product capabilities, ultimately driving successful customer engagements and business growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Reside and be authorized to work in Morocco.
• Proven experience in pre-sales technical support for complex IT solutions.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with networking and data center technologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and design appropriate technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working as a System Engineer or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and French.
• Proven experience in solution engineering, including designing and implementing complex technical architecture.
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
