Your Impact

As a Solution Engineer, you will significantly influence Cisco's growth and customer success in Qatar by serving as a trusted technical advisor. You will define and articulate comprehensive solution strategies, guiding clients through the complexities of networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI domains. Your role directly accelerates customer decision-making and technology adoption through compelling technical proposals and demonstrations.

• Lead technical engagements as the primary advisor for key accounts, fostering strong relationships with senior IT and business leaders.
• Translate client business objectives into robust, scalable architecture and solution designs leveraging Cisco’s full portfolio.
• Develop and present high-impact technical proposals, architectures, and demonstrations that clearly articulate value.
• Drive the design and successful delivery of advanced solutions across critical technology domains.
• Support proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots to validate solutions and accelerate customer adoption.
• Conduct technology workshops and executive briefings to articulate Cisco’s vision and value, particularly in the public sector.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and deploying complex solutions, particularly in routing, switching, and networking platform design.
• Strong understanding of Cisco technologies and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Solid experience engaging directly with customers in pre-sales, consultative, or solution architect roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent vendor credentials.
• Ability to work effectively and proactively as a team member.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
