Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits technical, multi-media, product user, and/or developer content; may produce content for embedded user assistance technology. Conducts interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for content. Researches and translates technical information into manuals, web-based documents, and/or other content for nontechnical and technical users. May document engineering processes and specifications. Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Produces products that conform to the company content and quality assurance standards.

What You'll do:
• Creates technical/user content for a defined, small set of products/technologies and audiences
• Drafts, edits, and validates content according to the content strategy and guidelines
• Uses a range of techniques and experience with different formats of text, images, and animations for products and solutions
• Understands product and content taxonomy
• Uses keywords and content taxonomy to support the categorization of content and follows Search Engine Optimization requirements
• Ensures content meets quality standards and compliance
• Assists in implementing compliance process and standards improvements
• Validates content with users and utilizes usability feedback and metrics to improve existing products
• Assesses new products and solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
• Typically: Bachelors +2 years of related experience, or Masters + 0 years of related experience
