As a Civil Defense, Emergency Situations, and Fire Safety Specialist at PepsiCo's Tolmachevo facility, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

• Developing and supervising implementation of measures to elevate fire safety, civil defense (CD), and emergency response (ER) levels throughout the site.
• Overseeing the functionality of fire protection systems, such as alarms, notifications, suppression systems, and internal/external fire water supply.
• Ensuring rooms are fully stocked with firefighting equipment and monitoring timely technical maintenance and planned repairs.
• Participating in safety audits and conducting introductory briefings for new employees and contractors before site work begins.
• Supervising fire-hazardous operations on the factory floor and compiling mandatory reports on fire safety, CD, ER, and occupational health per RF legislation and PepsiCo standards.
• Collaborating with federal and municipal authorities on labor protection, fire safety, and CD/ER matters.
• Contributing to projects aimed at enhancing the plant's overall fire safety framework.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A higher professional education, ideally in fire safety, occupational health, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in fire safety at a manufacturing enterprise.
• In-depth knowledge of RF legislation, normative documents on fire safety, civil defense, emergencies, and labor protection.
• Understanding of key international standards in fire safety, CD, ER, labor protection, and PepsiCo's corporate policies.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven experience engaging plant leaders, department heads, and state oversight bodies.
• Confident PC user skills; basic English recommended for global alignment.
