Key Responsibilities
- Support the team to meet KPIs and RTPs for designated client accounts.

- Process pre-artwork activities using standard working practices (SWP) and tools.
- Maintain tracking documents and escalate timing issues.
- Schedule resources, release products, and handle quotes/invoices.
- Mentor junior staff and drive process improvements.
- Test new technologies and promote best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years in client account servicing, preferably in print/packaging.
- Project management skills for end-to-end account handling.
- Fluency in Thai (required due to location) and excellent English.
- Knowledge of print/packaging processes.
