for the position of CT-MI Clinical Application Services Team Leader and you will lead our clinical application training and support organization reporting to our Education and Training Manager.

Your role:

  • You will lead a team (<10 direct reports) to drive the digital transformation in delivering training and support, leveraging virtual delivery and digital simulation tools.
  • You will lead and develop the assigned team applying People manager and leadership methodology
  • You will support the organization of the activities on agreed priorities and manage escalation process
  • You will support the team acting as the point of contact for customer complaints
  • You will foster collaboration with other departments
  • You will act as change agent to develop an effective and sustainable digital approach to customer training and support
  • You will ensure full alignment with defined Customer Service targets (operational and business) including but not limited to customer satisfaction, digital education, hybrid training.
  • You will design, implement and continuously improve virtual training programs and digital simulation tools.
  • You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration for co-creation of training content and best practices.
  • You will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • You will develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.  
  • You will track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs

Your expertise:

  • Degree in biomedical engineering or Imaging and Radiotherapy Techniques
  • Min 5 years’ experience as clinical education specialist or as professional radiographer
  • Min 3 years’ experience in leading teams and managing competence development
  • Preferred experience as educator for radiographer (academy or professional education)
  • Proven experience with e-learning platforms, digital simulation tools.
  • Proven experience in change management and in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within Italy for at least 20% of the time.
  • Structured and lean approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong engagement in executing projects.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Transformational leadership skills with a focus on innovation and digitalization of training processes.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
