Role Overview

The CLM Administrator role at CrowdStrike in Pune, India, is a technical-business hybrid position within the IT Business Applications Team. This full-time, on-site position in Kharadi, Pune, operates on a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST shift, supporting global operations during key hours. You'll primarily focus on administering the Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, serving as a vital liaison between technical teams and business units like Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT. Your work will involve system configurations, troubleshooting, optimizing contract workflows, and ensuring seamless integrations in a high-growth, publicly traded multinational environment. This role is perfect for professionals with a blend of IT expertise and contract management knowledge who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for resolving business service requests and incidents related to the Ironclad CLM system.
• Support critical cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, operational improvements, and new contract workflow rollouts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver process solutions using Ironclad CLM and other end-to-end contract management applications.
• Perform root cause analysis of system issues, propose corrective action plans, and ensure application support service levels are met.
• Assist with implementing, improving, and documenting policies, procedures, and processes for Ironclad CLM.
• Work with IT management to refine support processes, ensuring timely and accurate services for internal customers.
• Manage key relationships across Legal, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and IT to align services with business needs.
• Promote adoption of best practices throughout the IT Business Applications support process.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of Ironclad CLM functionality, customizations, and integrations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this CLM Administrator role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT business, computer science, legal studies, or business administration. Essential experience includes contract management processes, workflows, and compliance requirements, along with IT business applications support, administration, configuration, and third-party integrations in complex environments. Strong system administration skills are crucial, encompassing user management, security configuration, performance monitoring, database management, SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting, API integrations, data exchange between enterprise systems, cloud-based SaaS applications, backup/recovery procedures, and business continuity planning. A solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively to non-technical audiences is required, paired with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus points for experience with DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Conga, ServiceNow, or other CLM applications; SOX controls implementation; SDLC; or working in a publicly traded, high-growth multinational company.
