Role Overview

The Cloud Professional Services Manager (also known as Field Engineering Manager) at Canonical leads a team of cloud solutions architects who design, deploy, and hand over sophisticated open source solutions to customers. This home-based, worldwide role focuses on managing engineers in your time zone, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects involving Ubuntu, private clouds like OpenStack and MicroCloud, Kubernetes, and advanced platforms for ML Ops and data processing. Key Technologies and Focus Areas

Your team works across the full spectrum of cloud offerings: on-premise solutions like OpenStack, MicroCloud, and Ceph; hybrid deployments with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, and PostgreSQL; and public cloud integrations on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
