We are looking for a Cloud Solutions Support Engineer to be hired with a permanent contract in Milano within the Software Delivery Support organization in Smart Infrastructure Building business unit.

Your Challenge

As Cloud Solutions Support Engineer your mission will be to ensure customer success by delivering responsive, high-quality support for cloud solutions—working closely with multi-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently and continuously improve the user experience.

Your main activities will be:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets for cloud services
  • Diagnose and resolve issues in cloud applications and configurations
  • Bring up complex cases to R&D when needed

Customer Engagement

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically via email, chat, and phone
  • Guide users on best practices for cloud product usage
  • Ensure satisfaction through proactive follow-ups

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams
  • Share customer insights to influence product development

Knowledge Sharing

  • Create and maintain internal/external knowledge base articles
  • Contribute to FAQs, user guides, and training materials

Continuous Learning

  • Stay up-to-date on cloud offerings, tools, and support processes

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • 1–3 years in technical support or customer service (cloud preferred)
  • Familiarity with networking, Linux/Windows OS, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Experience with AWS (plus Azure or Google Cloud is a bonus)
  • Understanding of cloud services: VMs, storage, networking, identity management
  • HVAC domain knowledge is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dedicated, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Eligible to work in Italy
